Budget item for ICE to get smart glasses. No shock there. They’re building a database of everyone, obviously, for the purposes of widespread government surveillance. For every “yeah I guess that’s neat” use for smart glasses I’ve ever heard there’s a squadron of creepy abusive patriarchy control and abuse use cases. Guess which ones the people in power are going to fund.
