@MostlyBlindGamer I have signal, but I'm not making my elderly family members switch apps. It has to be something that only I use.

@NinjaNia OK, got it, the SMS app is what you’re looking for then. Unfortunately, my experience with Android SMS apps is really mixed. Some were OK, some looked nice, but were too expensive and others just felt like scams.
