I'm pretty sure I've never installed Windows on this PC, how am I stuck in this ludicrous loop? what the actual... bah, nevermind, I'll fix it, I have a distro on a stick.
Edit: maybe not Windows' fault, but Im not admitting it was mine.

@enriquericos It's not a Windows-specific feature. Linux can do secure boot as well to make sure your boot partition wasn't tampered with.
