After all that I wanted to listen to Divine Ellison on Love a Brother Radio, and was getting major loading and stuttering... No-one else reported issues, so I fired up mtr and find that lax-b23-link.ip.twelve99.net has 0 packet loss, and then everything after the next hop lax-bb2-link.ip.twelve99.net has notable packet loss, with 16% packet loss to the LABR server. So it seems like it's not a problem with my equipment but I do have a problem with global connectivity too... 😠
