@dlakelan @zl2tod Currently using a 20-year old fridge, washer, and dryer, and hoping they keep working. Because anything that replaces any of them won’t last half as long.
And yeah, as an electrical engineer, I absolutely hate the planned-obsolescence LED bulbs. Very convenient for the manufacturers to have those cheap capacitors available that die way faster than the LED itself.

@edsuom @dlakelan Computers too. Motherboard capacitor failure is the most common cause of death I see.
