That article is from last year. Trump's budget was rejected, [^1] and Artemis 4 & 5 have since been funded [^2] (but the first moon landing is now Artemis 4 [^3]). This isn't to say that Trump's proposed NASA budget didn't do significant damage, though. [^4]
