@tofu @MugsysRapSheet @emilianosandri @pluralistic @iFixit I'm already on a laptop, a device that has to compromise performance for portability. I'm okay with sacrificing a little performance so that I don't have to toss the thing in 3 years because I need more RAM

@sawaba @MugsysRapSheet @emilianosandri @pluralistic @iFixit I sidestep this by getting as much ram as is possible from the start.
