Everybody in the #iran Revolutionary Guard feel they can make statements on behalf of the country - hence the confusing messages. #Trump cannot believe that threats of bombing are met with indifference but Iran's vestigial leadership care nothing about the general population. It is much easier to enrich Uranium from 60% to weapons grade (than starting from scratch) and saving a few missiles would not be so hard. Even in the "stone age", resources will be concentrated by a will to survive. If the USA persists, a "dirty bomb" in the centre of oil production could be the doomsday outcome. Like many "post apocalypse" movies; living like Mad Max is an attractive proposition for many and the confused sad old man in the Whitehouse would be satisfied he had left a fitting monument
