Employers and media in a tizzy over the Gen Z stare, again. Not me, though. I love them weird little autistic alien kids who behave unlike all previous generations. It's not like previous generations faux warmth and effusive engagement has led to utopia. Give'em the stare. Let them sit in an uncomfortable moment.
