  This is probably pedantic, but to journalists covering incidents like today's shooting: "cover" isn't hiding behind a plywood and aluminum table. That's concealment. Bullets go through concealment. Cover is supposed to be bullet-stopping. Like concrete, dirt, big trees, etc. This has been my extremely USian Ted Talk
