We should adopt a sort of Nordic model for car ownership in which it's legal to own and drive a car but parking lots and street parking are illegal

@dragon I’ve wondered what traffic would look like if parking lots had to pay monthly rent matching what a 5 story residential building would, evenly split on the ground square area. Just simply put the cost on not developing the land to something useful.
