My employer's pay gap survey (done by an independent auditing company) has been presented, and we have a role-adjusted gender pay gap of -1.9%, meaning in the same role women tend to be paid slightly more.
Also, we're ranked in the top five of attractive-to-women tech employers in Sweden.
I haven't been with this company long, but it's nice to see.

@cunobaros tend to be outside? Autocorrect betrayal?

@cunobaros You'll never become big in the manosphere unless you now embark on a pointless and loud crusade to get this gap rectified which results in your getting sacked for harassment and going on to a lucrative career as a talking head for right-wing news channels, right?

@cunobaros that is very cool. Next round: what is the level gap? (It's a question my employer has very carefully not been answering for years, surely they have nothing to hide?)
