@cunobaros that is very cool. Next round: what is the level gap? (It's a question my employer has very carefully not been answering for years, surely they have nothing to hide?)

@gabe The unadjusted party gap is 6.5%, which is better than the national average of 10% but indicates there are disproportionally few women in higher levels.
