@RolloTreadway @miffyhelen For a long time I never had a name for this difference about me. It was just another mark of shame to be hidden, just like being autistic when I didn't realise it and saw myself as simply broken Knowing that there is an umbrella term I can live under. Yet another type of spectrum that explains how I am, even spread over several of the individual labels it expresses, makes such a huge difference.
