You can see minute by minute drafts in Google docs/classroom, every alteration highlighted and with a time stamp. So the document was initially created and then completed and submitted within 4 minutes.

@rjblaskiewicz @isocat What if a student doesn't like using Google docs (maybe because of the "tracking every single keystroke, and all your missteps" thing) and generally prefer to use their own local surveillance-free tooling, e.g. LibreOffice, and copy/paste the finished assignment when they're done?
