@taedryn I thought about choosing the negative option, but eventually clicked other. The negativity is because I'm ace but very much not aro, and I feel that a lot of the time, the two are treated as inherently tied to each other. And that feels othering. But then, that's not the fault of being ace. That's the fault of society. Also, the practical likelihood of me ever being in a relationship again is pretty much zero (for various reasons), so it's all hypothetical anyway, and probably not worth complaining about.
