@lorry if it’s any use to you, there’s an app called lmfgen, and another called pakgen, that generate VMS license PAKs. I’ve found it very useful since the VAX hobbyist programme stopped.

@WiteWulf Thanks! I found those a few days ago, and a useful .COM to register every single possible license on the machine as well :)
