Preteen: Monthly night terrors.
Teens: Couple times per year.
Early 20: Back to monthly.
Late 20s to 40s: Couple times per year.
49: Back to monthly.
This month: Six and counting. Two of them tonight alone.
Could my brain kindly just get fucked? Perhaps before the neighbors call the cops?

@saramg When me and @snipe first got here, we had an entire day where we took turns throwing up from stress/anxiety in our one bathroom. Moving countries is hard. It _deeply_ affects you. Let us know if you need us.
