we signed up for Home Chef for a few weeks to try some new things out in a somewhat hectic time where having nicer meals prepped like this has been very helpful it's been interesting -- it seems like baking bread has helped a lot with my confidence in the kitchen in general. cooking stuff that is way more complex than I've ever done before and it feels nice. getting some great ideas for what to try on our own without a "meal kit" as well
