I moved to Arizona two years ago and they treat me like shot because I have a strange story and they think I'm still on meth, so naturally everything that I say to them is a lie. No chance to being believed or understood.

Are you seeing psychiatrists, or psychotherapists? If it's the former, id suggest finding a psychiatrist that also does therapy. Many psychiatrists just try to shove as many people through the door as possible, so they don't really know you very well. Or find a doctor and therapist that will coordinate care. Online psychological care is also a potential avenue, but you have to be careful because scummy services exist. But the benefit is that if a provider doesn't mesh well with you, it's super simple to get someone new.
