No you don't get it. Halal, most literally, means basically 'approved'. In this context, its essentially 'Family Friendly'. Inshallah basically means 'Godwilling', genuine, earnest hope that the family is reunited. I wonder if anything is going on anywhere in the Muslim world where a story about a family being able to reunite would be a resonant and uplifting story. Again, there's nothing inherently forbidden about ... non Muslims existing, and not particularly following all the rules that apply to Muslims... in the view of the vast majority of Muslims. Most of the people in this thread are being bigotted by way of presumably ignorance. And I'm a kafir, a dhimmi, an Atheist, who just likes to learn about different cultures and religions.
