@rashunda I think it's not valued because C-suiters 1) do not understand it (even though they understand their own equivalent, and 2) cannot quantify it: For the majority of B-schoolers, what can't be counted is not real enough to matter.
Even though there are many old jokes about this, such as the $50,000 chalk mark.
Perhaps ironically, it is decision-makers who seem to have trouble learning from experience.
