Recall this post last month? https://mastodon.online/@pseudonym/116361298497812945 After swearing up and down we wouldn't be charged for a roadside assistance call due to renting us a car with a pre-existing leak in a tire, what a surprise, #Budget charged the card a month later for it. 30 minutes on phone support with them, they grudgingly honored what the original rep said, and will be issuing a refund. But I shouldn't have to do this at all. They need better safety inspection, and better customer service.
