"A social media platform shall restrict from public visibility a minor user’s account within 1 hour of receiving a request for a restriction by a parent of a minor user 15 years old or younger or by a minor user and shall delete a minor user’s account within 3 days of receiving a request for a deletion by a parent of a minor user 15 years old"
