#Frontend #HTML people - do you set a maximum line width in your editor for HTML files? If so, what is it?
It seems less useful for HTML compared to programming languages but in all these years I've never really stopped to think about what, if anything, I should set it to.

The urgency of this somewhat lessened now I've realised Biome isn't going to play nicely with linting/formatting my Django HTML templates so I won't let it touch them anyway.

@philgyford@mastodon.social no, but for my sanity i try to keep it all readable on my screen unless its something like an inline svg, that code can go in one line wat off the screen lol

@philgyford@mastodon.social I have a soft wrap at 120 in BBEdit and Nova, but that’s mainly for readability when I’m coding.
