@Melezioh I never thought it was legally binding outside the state. I think it's important because it puts a stake in the ground. It's important outside the state for social reasons.

@dgoldsmith we may get a federal determination of of whether transgender status is a protected class from SCOTUS in the trans sports case anyways, unfortunately. I just found your post misleading is all. It’s still good news.
