@syntaxseed@phpc.social I was let go of my tech job about a year ago. Talking to a friend who still works at that same company a few days ago and he says all of his code is 100% AI generated.

@syntaxseed@phpc.social because tech companies lie. 10% churn is pretty standard for those large companies on a yearly basis. But the main thing is they over hired and now have to correct. If A.I. was as great as they say it is then it would be far higher than 10% and they wouldn't be selling it to everyone and anyone.

@syntaxseed@phpc.social Propaganda became something far from being exclusively used by governments. Every person, company, polititian that wants to sell themselves use that in some way. They usually only say what will bring them some benefits, and people buy those stories and replicate as an absolute truth.
