If you come across a well-established farm, don’t ignore it respect the time, money, and effort behind it and learn from it
Setting up a regenerative farm is not easy. Our farm is still in progress, and we face real challenges like digging trenches only for them to get filled again after heavy rain.

@pacific06@mastodon.social trenches that get filled during heavy rain still serve a purpose. Without the trenches, all that material would have continued to move over the land and eventually would have washed away. You almost certainly also helped some of the rain water to infiltrate. It may feel like a setback but your plan is working!
