It's been this way forever n idk why #OBS allows disabling a source on #Windows, but doesn't on #Linux. Why? Pretty stupid that I always have to completely delete my Camera source from OBS before getting on calls on e.g. a browser while having OBS open in the background, cos OBS is holding my cam hostage eventho I'm not using it or have it in the foreground or wtv. On Windows this was easily solvable by simply disabling the source - tho I've noticed since years ago when I migrated to Linux that it's just not a thing. I wonder if it's a Linux limitation, explaining why OBS does not implement it - or OBS just doesn't for no reason.
