The weird version number is because the user info panel inside the chat doesn't support double-digit minor version, so it would be confusing if some users showed as “1.1.1” for 1.1.10

@kalleboo I have this very vague memory of some beta I was involved in getting slightly bogged down discussing how to go forward when it happened to them.
