Great news for travellers to the Island, #PortAlberni, #Tofino #Ucluelet, and the West Coast!
#Tseshaht :cisaaath: #Hupacasath :hupacasath: and #Huuayaht :huuayaht: are partnering to build the first new hotel built in Port Alberni since the Best Western Barclay in 1980!
It'll be a Wyndham microtel similar to the one just north of Ladysmith with a small pool and waterslide. It will be located next to #BCHwy4 at Walmart.

@chris@socialbc.ca The Stzu'minus Ec Dev development at Oyster Bay has been a great project building out that full area. Hoping for the same positive outcome for the Alberni region.
