@chris the previous BC Ferries LNG Electric Hybrid were a good first step away from diesel and now this will be a great test of what the next even better step could be. I still have no idea what to expect from BC Ferries on their rates this summer, diesel is up almost $1/litre since January 😬

@ChrisIstace ya it could be a big surcharge! Let's hope it lights a fire under government to start upgrading the docks with shore power so that the new smaller hybrid ferries can move to fully electric ASAP!
