@gabriel @Extra_Special_Carbon I have relied a lot on WineHQ's AppDB entries, Bugzilla, and usually just some time searching for error messages + winehq + program name with the time limited to 'in the last year' Wanesty's guide to getting Affinty to work on Linux (https://affinity.liz.pet/v1/1-intro/) has given me some ideas of things to try via winetricks for others (like getting vcrun2022, dotnet35, dxvk, vkd3d as a base), but a lot of it is down to experimentation. And if all else fails, I usually try the Virtual Desktop mode - which can fix a lot of graphical glitches. Often if the software developer has been so kind to outline all the unusual dependencies, that can help figure out which winetricks verbs to run.
