Day 1 report in the new house: this place is stupidly large compared to our apartment, especially with the outdoor spaces. I keep losing track of where my family is. That never happens in the apartment.

Day 2 report: there are SO MANY MORE lights to walk around turning off behind my family now. Like this is now a full-time job. Cats are still a little spooked but finally both moving around and exploring. Nova tested the bookshelves (to destruction) in my older son's room, so it's good that we hadn't put many books on them yet.
