#bikeTooter this week's answer to a question not asked #bikeNite I see a call, no message, from ??? spam? No, that number is familiar. I search... It's the bike shop owner I knew pretty darned well (not Biblically, folks, but pretty well...) some years ago. What? Butt dial? Then I get a message, from his partner, asking if I have so and so's number and I can call her to know more. Well, I'm at chorus so I message and no I don't have the number ... I hope she keeps answering his phone b/c today I find out he died MOnday (Parkinson's complications, I assume). A bike person sent an email asking for us to add to his contributions to cycling. How can we celebrate the lives of leaders in teh cycling community when they leave us?
