There's been a lot of publisher friction and juggling logistics around my commitment to never benefiting in even the slightest way from "intellectual property."
Some people are going to want to hate read and it is CRUCIAL that they not be obliged to pay me anything

I'll be going through some promotion gauntlet stuff for a while. (Tomorrow I'm going to finally get my Twitter account banned in a very funny way related to the book that I've been saving.) But for now I just want to breath. This was a many-year undertaking!
