Only recently the #milulayuproject, a sibling of tuqtuli’s #ibuproject, started with master students of the Hochschule für Gestaltung (University of Design) in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany. Over the summer semester they will translate instructions for 9 different medicines into signs. Pioneering work! The resulting works will be exhibited in various locations as part of the milulayu project. At the same time, this seminar forms part of the contribution to Frankfurt’s programme as World Design Capital. In the summer, the students’ tuqtuli translations will be featured in the WDC Campus exhibition at the Museum Angewandte Kunst (Museum of Applied Arts).
