@shriramk yes, in 2010! Not quite as exciting as just after the wall fell, I'm sure, but I have Hungarian family so I was able to get my citizenship and experience the mother country

@j2kun Oh, that's amazing! I visited in 2014, just as things were starting to really turn. I remember actually feeling unsafe, which I very rarely do anywhere, in heavily-Jobbik parts of town.
