Today in 'does not keep records in sync because they blatantly do one way exports of data to a third party service' ... GoCardless. Who like many others continue to send emails (marketing etc) to the wrong persona and email because despite everything I can control being updated they blatantly never think to keep that bit up to date and thus continue to get it wrong. Absolutely unacceptable, not compliant with GDPR and yet absolutely rampant with companies.
