@cy It isn't here, sadly. It's in Europe. But I dream of some day having something similar here, if our neighbors are still willing to associate with us after all the crap our government has put them through.

Well, I looked it up, and the USA kind of is like the Schengen Area. You can cross state lines without any papers at all! Just not between Canada or Mexico. It's like trying to go to the Ukraine, or Morocco.
