@Lkdc Okay, check me if I am wrong, please: for Americans who don't really know what it is, I would roughly equate it to our ability to go back-and-forth between states without having to go through a border check. Not quite the same, because states aren't countries, but a similar freedom of movement and commerce -- even though there are things that are legal in certain states that are not legal in neighboring states, so that is always a consideration. (How did I do?)
