A weird side effect of the prevalence of LLMs is my increased focus on ensuring my code is solid af. I used to code faster but am taking a more methodical approach to coding. I use Claude extensively to build things I don't have the bandwidth for and when I get around to checking out its code, I rewrite it because it comes with unnecessary boilerplate or doesn't remember my coding preferences. Idk, just a random "ah, interesting" thought.
