@GinevraCat @Tooden ugh, yeah, that's last resort. Especially since, if I take a benzo not when going to sleep but when waking up in the early hours of the day, my morning is not-able-to-work f***ed. How do you deal with the residual tiredness?

@lizzard @Tooden I have used it for years and never really got residual tiredness from the dose I am on. Even some herbal meds give me that fuzzy feeling the next day, so I guess it is just down to individual physiology. For the last 2 years I have been on ADHD medication so that wakes me up regardless of my state - except if I take certirazine. I could mainline coffee and I STILL would not wake up fully for 30 hours.
