Netto-uyo (Japanese equivalent of alt-right) spread rumors that the man who probably murdered his 11 year old stepson in Kyoto prefecture was Chinese. It wouldn't mean anything about Chinese immigrants even if that were true because he's an individual human but it was bullshit anyway - he's Japanese. This shit is happening everywhere. Confirmation bias and just making shit up to justify hate.
