i think, frankly, fortnite has done more harm than good for the gaming industry and i am eagerly awaiting it and epic game's downfall. putting a free live service game out into the world and constantly giving it updates is simply an unsustainable and stupid business practice and i can't wait for it to die and be a thing of the past. context: see Peak developers getting flack for not continuing to make free updates.
