I have done enough mental health work, and gone through mental healthcare provider and researcher ethical training enough times to smell a really big rat. Your signature was arguably coerced. Since you had a witness, if you were litigious (and it was recent enough? IDK) it might be completely reasonable to lawyer up and get back to them with "you performed medical services after a coerced consent procedure." Fucking hell.
