Someone on Mozilla's blog just said the quiet part out loud: https://circumstances.run/@davidgerard/115951178170456830 The enterprise Firefox product can be differentiated from the version offered to the public in terms of whether it is or is not a data collection surface.

@owen there is nothing quiet part about they. They want to try and diversify from google income. There is an opportunity now to offer safer enterprise features compared the chrome. This will specifically not affect non-enterprise Firefox. So what is the problem here ?

@owen If anyone is interested, there's a way to disable AI features in Firefox using about:config. For android, you can do this in the Nightly version. @kevinrns https://www.askvg.com/how-to-disable-and-remove-all-ai-features-in-mozilla-firefox/
