@Darkphoenix@universeodon.com I am a long way from California (!) but at a quick search I see that Katie has pledged not to take money from corporate PACs, so my theoretical vote would go to her.
Plus there are too many guys in politics, so in the absence of any other criteria I would have picked her anyway.

@denny@boing.world 👍 I like her too, but she has a little "bitch" baggage. Nothing like Swalwell, and everyone sometimes loses their temper... I'm just trying to insure that at least one Democrat makes it to November. Especially when one of the Republicans running recently raided the Riverside county ROV and took thousands of 2020 ballots. He is the current Riverside county Sheriff. And, if his last escapade at the ROV wasn't bad enough, he also 'lost' 60 POUNDS of methamphetamine, somewhere along the way. He was ordered to return the ballots but I haven't heard that he complied, so I am assuming that he is refusing.
