Donald Trump knows how to bully, extort, grandstand, and cave. That's pretty much it. Trade talks with Canada, normally our friendliest neighbor, were about to start, to revise the US-Canada-Mexico trade agreement, which Trump "negotiated" during his first term. Before they do, Trump wants Canada to make concessions - to pay an entry fee - upfront.
