@Kristofferabild @LaserdiscTurtle I have a soft spot for the 84 version which I feel can only be really appreciated if you've read the book. It's like a greatest hits condensed version. The new version just flows like the book and gives the story room to breathe. Also, the design and aesthetics are just wonderful. The costumes are amazing. I've deliberately not watched the trailer for film 3 as I don't want to spoil any of part 2.
